How do I contact Furu support?
Email contact@getfuru.com for support, feedback, or any question about Furu. There's no ticketing system and no chat bot — a real person reads every message and we aim to reply within a couple of business days.
What can I email about?
- Support: a bug, a transcription that looks wrong, or a device you're unsure is supported.
- Feedback: a feature you want, or something that felt off.
- Press: interview requests or coverage.
- Privacy requests: access, correction, or deletion of any information we hold about you — see the Privacy Policy for details.
Do I need an account to get help?
No. Furu has no accounts or logins, so there's nothing to sign in to for support. Just email us and describe what's happening — including your iPhone model and iOS version helps us respond faster.
Most questions are already answered in the FAQ. Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
